Can I share my tracks with people that don’t have a Myxt account?

Yes, you can create links to your audio files, playlists and folders then share it outside Myxt. They won’t be able to comment or change anything related to your track, but you will see the streams and people will be able to read your lyrics, listen to your tracks and even download your file if you enable it.
